On-time payment is a prerequisite for timely service implementation.
4. Warranty & Support Policy

Certain services (e.g., construction supervision, investment consulting, business recovery) come with warranty and support terms specified in individual contracts.

Post-service technical support and consulting are provided free of charge during the committed support period.
5. Service Cancellation & Refund Policy

Service cancellations must be notified in advance within the required notice period (depending on the type of service).

Refund policies are clearly stated in the contract. Some services may be non-refundable once they have reached a certain implementation stage.
6. Data Privacy & Confidentiality

GS is committed to protecting the personal and business information of clients in accordance with our Data Privacy Policy.

7. Responsibilities & Rights of Both Parties

Clients are responsible for providing complete information and cooperating throughout the service process.

GS commits to fulfilling all agreed terms stated in contracts or mutual agreements, ensuring service quality.

Any complaints or disputes will be resolved cooperatively and in accordance with current legal regulations.
