2. Service Usage Regulations

  • Clients must provide accurate and truthful information to enable GS to deliver services properly and protect their rights.

  • Services will be implemented based on agreements stated in quotations, contracts, meeting minutes, or confirmation emails between both parties.

  • Any changes or adjustments must be mutually agreed upon in writing or via official notice.

3. Payment Policy

  • Follows GS's separate Payment Policy.

  • On-time payment is a prerequisite for timely service implementation.

4. Warranty & Support Policy

  • Certain services (e.g., construction supervision, investment consulting, business recovery) come with warranty and support terms specified in individual contracts.

  • Post-service technical support and consulting are provided free of charge during the committed support period.

5. Service Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Service cancellations must be notified in advance within the required notice period (depending on the type of service).

  • Refund policies are clearly stated in the contract. Some services may be non-refundable once they have reached a certain implementation stage.

6. Data Privacy & Confidentiality

  • GS is committed to protecting the personal and business information of clients in accordance with our Data Privacy Policy.

  • Information will not be shared with third parties without the client’s consent.

7. Responsibilities & Rights of Both Parties

  • Clients are responsible for providing complete information and cooperating throughout the service process.

  • GS commits to fulfilling all agreed terms stated in contracts or mutual agreements, ensuring service quality.

  • Any complaints or disputes will be resolved cooperatively and in accordance with current legal regulations.
