For equipment: the warranty follows the manufacturer’s or importer’s policy.
3. WARRANTY CONDITIONS
✅ Eligible for warranty when:

The issue is caused by the provider or technical error, not due to user misuse.

4. WARRANTY HANDLING PROCESS

Inspection – Cause evaluation – Resolution proposal within 3 to 7 working days.

For equipment: repair, component replacement, or exchange as per manufacturer’s policy.

For services: rework, fine-tuning, or post-service support depending on the situation.
